You loathe typical real estate agent bios. Don’t worry, I do too. They’re like cardboard — stiff, bland, and identical to every other bio out there. Instead of boasting ad nauseum about awards and accomplishments you’re not interested in, I’m taking the novel approach of actually giving you what you want — real answers to questions you’re probably wondering about me right now.

Will you return my calls and emails?

Yes, absolutely. I do believe that transparency and communication are key with building a trusting relationship with my clients. I pride myself with giving updates on the status, getting feedback from other agents that show your home if you are selling, and if you are selling I check what are called my “hot sheets” three times a day to know asap when a home that you may like hits the market.

I’ve met many Realtors who are jerks. Are you?

I’m compassionate to each and every one of my clients concerns and will strive to make sure their transaction goes as smoothly as possible. I try to take away all the stresses that go with buying or selling their home.

Do You Have experience doing exactly what I need?

I’m very passionate about my profession and I like to sit down one on one with you to know your specific needs. Some of my strengths include being proactive, reliability, proven marketing techniques, communication and putting your needs first.

 

What kind of things are you really good at?

Personally, I love to cook, I grew up in the south, learned to cook from my grandmother but I self-taught and enjoy foods from all over the world, including Thai, Indian, Chinese, Mexican, and Italian.

 

Professionally, I’ve been very successful for my first few years of real estate by striving to be the best and I attribute my success to focus, determination, negotiation skills and passion.
